Returns and Refunds

If you're unhappy with your purchase we offer free exchanges in India. Please request an exchange within 24-48 hours of receiving your order by writing to us at studioviange@gmail.com

We do not offer exchange for the following condition :
- Final sale items
- Items that have been worn or altered.
- After 10 days from the date of delivery (according to the tracking)

- Orders placed with a promo code.

Exchange will not be processed until the items are successfully delivered to us 

If the return for exchange is eligible, the customer can choose another product within 30 days of submitting the exchange application. Studio Viange will email the customer with a credit note and will hold it for 30 days only. The credit note shall be issued on the retail price of the product and will exclude GST.

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on our website or through Instagram.
